The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to all the exciting activities and even a nightclub at the nearby Sunrise resort. Although unable to access any beach directly from the Grand, there are other beautiful beaches nearby. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, with some even offering great views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread had a variety of options, catering to different tastes. the hotel had convenient shuttle buses for easy transportation within the resort.
The transportation service within the resort was unreliable and resulted in long wait times.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The property had so much to offer, with a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. The room was beautiful and had a stunning view. The breakfast was delicious and there were many restaurant options to choose from. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle buses to get around the resort.
The restaurants were closed for a few hours in the afternoon, which limited our dining options during that time.

We loved the spaciousness of the hotel and never had to fight for a place by the pool. The hotel facilities were extensive, with a wide range of activities available. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff provided great service in the pools and restaurants.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this all-inclusive resort! Two facts that stood out were the cleanliness of the property and the wide range of fun activities available. the resort was spotless, and it felt great walking around knowing that everything was well-maintained. Additionally, there were so many things to do that we couldn't try them all in our short stay. It was a great advantage to have such a variety of activities at our disposal.
Despite the positive aspects, there were some downsides to our stay. One of the worst aspects was the limited restaurant options available during certain hours.

the exclusive amenities were incredible and all our needs were fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre is a must, visit, with a wide range of treatments from massages to body scrubs and wraps. the outdoor heated swimming pool was another highlight, surrounded by a beautiful garden area.
Our only minor issue was that the special diet menus were limited. the restaurant had a great range of food options and the poolside snack bar was the perfect spot for a quick bite to eat.

The room had a leaky bathroom and distant location. Buggy wait times were 20-30 mins. The hotel was packed with noisy lobby and basic, oversalted food. Despite this, the beautiful property had shuttle buses, friendly staff, and the best bar. Many activities on offer, but 10 days needed.
